We bring over a decade of campaign experience from every corner of the country — from citywide programs to statewide coordinated campaigns and PACs. We have managed organizing, fundraising, and data programs in key races across Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, Massachusetts, Alaska, and beyond, helping elect Democrats up and down the ballot. Our work is strengthened by deep private-sector experience across global markets, bringing additional rigor in audience research, analytics, and strategic insight to how we approach voter and donor activation.

Seina Maret
Principal // Organizing Director
Seina brings a decade of experience building and managing direct voter contact programs, driving data analysis, and leading multi-department organizations across local, state, and federal races across the country. He has managed coordinated campaigns in conjunction with state parties, C3 and C4 nonprofits, and PACs, building teams that reach the right voters with the right message through scalable, data-driven outreach.
His background includes organizing and digital organizing leadership, persuasion and turnout modeling, cross-department management of communications, operations, and fundraising staff, and implementing multi-modal contact programs that integrate canvassing, calls, texts, social impressions, and direct mail.
Susan Luebke
Research Director
Susan brings over fifteen years of experience in consumer insights, data analytics, and brand marketing, helping organizations understand audiences, identify opportunities, and outperform in competitive environments. She has built and led cross-functional initiatives spanning project, product, account, and stakeholder management, delivering insights-driven solutions that unlock growth across both agency and in-house settings.
Her career spans FMCG, consumer electronics, adult beverages, health, legal, luxury, energy, and transportation. This breadth equips her to translate complex data into actionable consumer and voter insights — shaping strategies that drive messaging, enhance voter engagement, and support smarter decision-making.
Andy Jones
Data Director
Andy brings a strong background in political data analysis and reporting, supporting advocacy and electoral programs by turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. He has helped teams understand where they stand, where to focus next, and how to adapt strategy in real time through thoughtful data design that reflects the reality on the ground.
His work centers on maintaining data systems and building analytical dashboards that visualize voter contact, fundraising progress, turnout expectations, and election postmortems. He pairs technical fluency with an intuitive understanding of campaign workflows, ensuring data tools are practical, accessible, and directly useful to decision-makers across an organization.
